Four new police vehicles were purchased for about $111,000.
We did have a lengthy discussion on this about the bid process. Unfortunately, this contract went to a Peoria company. Flagstaff missed this bid by under $1,000 per car. State law is very clear, the bid must go to the lowest responsive bidder.
Consideration and Adoption of Resolution No. 2014-40: A resolution declaring official and adopting the results of the General Election held on November 4, 2014
Youth Program, Flagstaff Unified School District and the City of Flagstaff for the FACTS after school program funding for Fiscal Year 2015.
Agreement with Coconino County for use of the Hazardous Products Center.
Boards and commissions hand book amended.
Ratification of the sale of property at 4th St and Rt66 to TRAX Development Group. This is the land along the 4th street bridge which will soon be developed.
Arizona Internet Crimes against children grant.
