-WORKERS COMP RENEWAL

$750,000 annual workers compensation policy renewal.

Permanent and partial disabilities down 70%.

Most likely won’t see substantial savings going forward.

PASSED 6-0

-NUISANCE PARTY ORDINANCE

I understand the challenges Flagstaff faces with loud parties, especially neighbors trying to enjoy their home in a quiet manner. However, I found this ordinance overly broad and subject to too much discretion and interpretation.

-VA HOME LAND DONATION

I’m thrilled to report that the Council unanimously approved donating 8 acres on McMillan Mesa for a future assisted living center for our Veterans. This will service all of Northern Arizona.
