Coconino County Raising Property Taxes

The Coconino County Board of Supervisors will be voting on a larger budget later this month.  They will most likely join the City of Flagstaff and FUSD in increasing property taxes by the state allowed amount of 2%. Residents of Flagstaff, the city with the highest cost of living in all of Arizona, will see escalating property taxes due to 14% two year property increase, along with increasing property values, significant fee increase and a new higher minimum wage that is fanning inflation.

This will be discussed today at 3PM on the Jeff Oravits Show on 97.1, the Big Talker.
