As discussed on the show today, the Flagstaff City Council has voted 5-2 to go forward with discussions on possibly acquiring property in West Flagstaff through eminent domain for the use of affordable housing. This property is just off Milton Ave. and recently sold for over $2,200,000 for raw land with nearby recent sales much higher. This is one of the most prime areas and expensive areas in Flagstaff just moments from downtown.
